1. Purpose of the App

DailyBachat is a voluntary savings platform designed to help users deposit small amounts daily, starting from ₹25, and develop long-term financial discipline. It is not an investment or profit-guaranteed scheme.

2. Account Creation

Users must register using their mobile number and verify via OTP. Only one account is permitted per individual. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Daily Deposit System

Users can deposit ₹25 or more per day at their convenience. There are no penalties for skipping a day. However, withdrawals are only permitted after the minimum lock-in period of 1 year.

4. Lock-in Period & Withdrawal

Savings are locked for a minimum of 1 year. Early withdrawals are not permitted except in approved emergency situations. After 1 year, users may withdraw their funds either partially or fully.

5. Service Charges

There are no hidden fees. If any service charges are introduced in the future, users will be informed in advance through app notifications or email.

6. Rewards & Bonuses

Any bonus or reward (if applicable) will be provided only after 1 year of consistent saving. DailyBachat does not promise fixed returns and is not an investment product.

7. Data Privacy

We value your privacy. Your personal and financial information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

8. Usage Restrictions

The platform must not be used for illegal activities such as fraud or money laundering. Any such misuse will lead to immediate and permanent account termination.

9. Changes to Policy

Terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Major changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
